1.) Athlete Brochure: DRP staff will create a professional brochure that includes accolades, grades, general information, and a personal essay from the athlete looking to be recruited.
2.) Advertising of Brochure: We will promote brochures on our website and our social medial platforms. We will also send brochures directly to colleges athletes are eligible for.
Our scouts will select schools based off of the coaches needs and the skillset of the wrestler. These brochures will be three paged full color brochures.
3.) Online Athlete Profile: Profiles for athletes that are constantly updated. Year by year updates until graduation. All college coaches will have access to this information. These profile will include accurate scout evaluations, contact info for the athlete, current gpa, SAT, and stats. We will also offer profiles for College athletes who are looking to enter the transfer portal.
4.) Highlight Tapes: These tapes will be made by the athlete, but will be evaluated by DRP staff before being finalized. Highlights will advertise the strengths of the athlete and diversity of skillset. Yearly highlights will be done to demonstrate progression, growth, and maturation. (Freshman-Senior)
5.) College Coach Contact: Coaches will be contacted by DRP Scouts on athletes behalf. Coaches will be selected based off of eligibility, GPA + SAT, Scouts evaluation, accollades, placings at state and national tournaments. We will open all doors to college programs for the athlete and his/her family to help pick thier best fit.
6.) Highlight Hyperlinks: These are clickable links that will be shared often to promote the athlete. Our social media platforms will be in direct use of these and they will be shared with coaches daily.
7.) Scouts Evaluation: This is one of the most critical steps in our program. Before anyone can be considered to wrestle at a University they have to meet certain academic standards. SAT + GPA and also an NCAA eligibility number. Evaluation will be broken into parts. Strength and conditioning, match evaluation, wrestling IQ, Nuetral, Top, and Bottom skills. Lastly, notable wins.
8:) College Coach Needs: We will recieve calls, emails, text, and direct messages from coaches that will have their recruiting needs. We will know what weight classes they are looking for, grade requirements, and SAT marks. This will make it easier on the coaches and Us to help find the athlete a home that fits their needs.
9:) Social Media: Our social media pages will have daily content, interviews, and highlights of the athlete. Exposure is our focus and placing athletes in front of coaches whether it is via online, or on a visit.
10:) Questionnaire Assistance: All Questionnaires will be filled out and submitted to keep all doors open. We will review questionnaires with the athlete in person or via online prior to submission.
11:) Academic Scholarships: The better the athletes grades are the more opportunites present themselves to compete in college. Receiving a "full ride" is not impossible but the chances are alot slimmer. Throughout our pursuit of colleges we will advise athletes to apply for 5-10 Scholarships per month. Nobody can argue with free money. This will also grasp the attention of the Coaches so they know you are self motivated and eager to compete in college.
